What it does
Peak shows your current one-rep max on every lift and keeps every PR with its date.
That’s it, focused and clean.
Key features
Pick your units.
LB or KG
Pick one at setup and switch any time. Your history follows.
% of 1RM
Your working weights, 50 to 95%, off today’s 1RM.
Share the PR
A clean card ready for your feed. Add a photo or video of your lift behind it if you want.
Actual or estimated. A single is a true 1RM. A triple or a five gets an Epley estimate, marked est.
Lifetime history. Every set, grouped by year. Your all-time best keeps its own line.
Set Baseline. Back after a break, set a new starting line, and your old PRs stay.
Film the lift. Attach a photo or video to any set.
Old maxes flagged. A current 1RM more than a year old shows its date in red.
Any lift. 60 barbell lifts built in, or name and add your own.
New PR, noticed. Beat your best and Peak marks it with a haptic tap.
Works offline. No signal in the gym? Log anyway. It syncs when you’re back online.
New phone, same lifts. Everything syncs through your iCloud, so a new iPhone gets it all back.
Questions
Is there a subscription?
No. The first 3 lifts are free, with every feature. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited lifts.
How does Peak estimate a 1RM?
With the Epley formula, weight × (1 + reps ÷ 30), for sets of 2 to 10 reps.
Can I add my old PRs?
Yes. Log the set with its original date and it lands in the right year.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone and in your own private iCloud.
Does Peak track workouts?
No. It tracks your one-rep max on each lift and the sets behind it.
Is Peak a Strong or Hevy alternative?
Not a replacement. Peak tracks your maxes, not your workouts, so it works alongside Strong or Hevy.
Is there an Android or Apple Watch app?
Not yet. Peak is iPhone only for now. If there’s user interest, that could change.
